Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with his primary focus on civil litigation and advocacy. He started his career in 1990 in the City working on High Court and Court of Appeal matters. He then became an Associate with Colemans-ctts, heading up their International Team. He is now one of our Owner Partners in the Litigation and Corporate Teams and is the Team Leader for the Business Services Team.
Andrew’s comprehensive range of services includes business and shareholder disputes, contracts, negligence, insolvency, property, intellectual property (including passing off), and civil fraud.
Andrew’s business and shareholder litigation links with his corporate work in the form of share sales/purchases, shareholders’ agreements, restructures, partnership agreements and similar.
As a Supervising Partner, Andrew works with many lawyers in the Litigation and Business Services Teams on strategy, together with complex drafting of court papers and corporate documents. He regularly undertakes advocacy before tribunals, courts, and in mediations. His experience extends to dealing with Government departments such as the Treasury Solicitor, Cabinet Office, and Competition and Markets Authority.
In addition to his work with the Firm, Andrew lectured on law privately and as a consultant lecturer in litigation law at Guildford College. He is an author and contributor of legal and marketing texts and an editor and copywriter for legal webinar scripts.
