Juliet holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Exeter, attended the College of Law, Guildford and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. Juliet is a member of The Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Prior to joining Howell Jones, she worked at Colemans-ctts as an Associate. Juliet works with Howell Jones as a partner and heads our Litigation team.

Juliet specialises in contentious Probate, Property and Boundary disputes and Professional Negligence.

Juliet has had notable success across a number of cases, her most prominent, Banfield v Campbell [2018] EWHC 1943 (Ch), [2018] WTLR 781 where Juliet successfully acted for Claimant under 1975 Inheritance (provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

When not working, Juliet enjoys spending time with her family and dog and travelling. She enjoys horse-riding, diving and Pilates and loves to relax in the kitchen cooking and baking.
