Employment law services for your business

What employment law services can we offer your business?

Our employment law lawyers are here to support your business and we offer a range of different services.

Employment law advice service

We offer an on-call employment law advice service.

How much does it cost?

We will agree a fixed monthly price with you.  We take time to get to know your business and work with you to provide the service you want at an accessible price.

The support you receive will be unique to your business.

How is the advice provided?

Your dedicated lawyer is available to support you by telephone, email or in writing and you can contact them on an ad hoc basis with any employment related issues.

Annual checks of employment policies and procedures

In addition to providing ad hoc advice under the employment law advice service retainer, we also offer annual health checks of your employment policies and procedures.

What does an annual health check include?

For a fixed fee, each health check involves:

  • A complete audit of all your businesses’ existing documentation
  • A report on the strengths and weaknesses of the documentation
  • Recommendations for changes to existing documents

Do I have to go ahead with the recommended changes?

No, when we have carried out the health check of your employment policies and procedures, you can then decide which changes you wish to implement. We can provide you with a no obligation estimate for any recommended work.

Employment law advice for specific projects or issues

In addition to our retainer service, we can also work for you on a specific employment law related project on an agreed hourly rate, fixed fee or day rate basis.

We can provide advice and support in respect of a wide range of employment related issues including:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Organisational re-structure
  • Redundancies
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Tribunal representation
  • Attendance at investigations, disciplinaries or grievances
