Hadiha holds a Law degree with Arabic Language from the University of Kent. Hadiha went on to complete her LPC and LLM Masters from the University of Law in 2018, achieving a Distinction and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.
Hadiha joined the Wills and Probate team at Howell Jones in 2022 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2024. Hadiha can advise on all aspects of wills, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney. Hadiha is also part of our award-winning Elderly and Vulnerable Adult Team where she assists vulnerable adults in the administration of their affairs. She has also been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer 2024 by the Legal 500. Hadiha was noted for handling her cases in an informative, warm and clear manner.

- Advising on Nil Rate Band Discretionary trusts including the winding up of trusts
- Claiming business property relief during the estate administration
- Advising on blended families and the exclusion of children or spouses
Prior to joining Howell Jones, Hadiha trained as a solicitor with a large Surrey law firm where she gained significant experience in residential property law. At the start of her legal career, Hadiha volunteered at Citizens Advice and Kent Law School where she worked on social matters and assisted with immigration applications.
Outside of work, Hadiha enjoys travelling and is a budding Great British Bake Off contender, testing out new baking recipes on family and friends.
