Emily holds a degree in Law from the University of Southampton and completed the Legal Practice Court with an LLM in Law and Business at the University of Law, Guildford. Emily originally joined Howell Jones in 2018 as a legal secretary in our Family and Litigation teams. She then took a break from employment whilst studying for her LLM and re-joined Howell Jones in May 2022.
Emily worked as a paralegal in the Family and Wills and Probate teams and is now a trainee solicitor in the Family team, helping to draft divorce applications, Forms E, Statement of Information and Form C100, required in Children Act applications.
Outside of work, Emily can be found at the park with two daughters, reading a crime novel, enjoying food with friends and binging the latest Netflix dramas.
