Lynn qualified as a solicitor in 1998, having completed her law degree at Sussex University, Masters in law at Southampton University and Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law.
Lynn is a Senior Solicitor in our Litigation and Family teams. She has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, across Surrey, Hampshire, Hertfordshire and Greater London,
Lynn is member of Resolution and has a pragmatic and empathetic approach when acting for her clients. Lynn deals with all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial arrangements (by agreement/consent or contested proceedings), pre and post nuptial/registration agreements, cohabitation agreements and issues relating to children (where they live, who they spend time with and other specific matters including international relocation).
Lynn is friendly and approachable and ensures that her clients are fully informed and supported throughout their cases, working towards a workable solution and favourable outcome, in a timely manner.
In her spare time Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, playing the flute and volunteering as an assistant scout leader.
