Howell Jones solicitors are very proud to announce that Emma Sayers, Chartered Legal Executive, was Highly Commended Private Client Lawyer of the Year at the Surrey Law Society Awards 2021. The award was presented by Rob Rinder MBE at the Ceremony and Gala Dinner on 16th September 2021, at The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford.
We are delighted for Emma. This award recognises her exceptional client services and professional judgement, drawing on her recent qualification as an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly during what has been an incredibly difficult and unprecedented year.
We are also incredibly proud of Katy Osborne, Partner and head of the Family Team, who was shortlisted for the Family Lawyer of the Year award, Amira Hughes, Partner in the Residential Property Team, who was shortlisted for the Property Lawyer of the Year award and Sophie Kimber, Trainee Solicitor, who was shortlisted for the Rising Star of the Year award.
Simon Carter, Managing Partner, commented “We are thrilled that Emma was recognised for her exceptional client care and dedication to her clients. It is clear that the enormous and unprecedented challenges presented to us all over the last 16 months have given us the opportunity to stand out, as we rethink and reshape the way we work to the benefit of our clients, the firms, ourselves and the profession. For some time now it has been the firm’s mission to be recognised as legal advice leaders in our region and Emma’s award and short-listings acknowledge the exceptional client service and legal advice provided by our teams.
Congratulations to Emma and all those shortlisted! We can think of no better form of recognition for their hard work and achievements in their respective careers.
