We are delighted that Lavanya Hart, a solicitor at our Leatherhead office, has been awarded Associate Member status of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly).
The Association of Lifetime Lawyers is a national organisation of specialist lawyers committed to providing support throughout an individual’s life, not just during their later years. Association of Lifetime Lawyers possess a broad spectrum of skills and expertise and can support individuals facing various challenges at any stage of their life.
The group provides specialist training programmes, guidance on best practice and support from other specialist members of the group. The Association of Lifetime Lawyers regularly speak to the press about changes and developments in law and works behind the scenes with various government and legal bodies to provide a voice for older and vulnerable people.
