We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and a creative flair, looking to grow their career in marketing within a professional services environment.
responsibilities.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and update the firm’s social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and analyse content performance.
Legal500 Collation & Submissions
- Assist in collating and organising information required for Legal500 and other industry rankings.
- Draft, edit, and proofread submissions to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Awards Entries
- Research relevant award opportunities for the firm and its teams.
- Assist in and organise the submission of compelling entries that highlight the firm’s achievements.
Marketing Materials Management
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and hard copy materials.
Local Marketing Events
- Support the organisation and execution of local networking and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, attendee lists, and branded materials.
Administrative Support
- Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks to support the firm’s marketing objectives.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in marketing or professional services is desirable.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative flair for content creation and visual presentation.
