Howell Jones is seeking to recruit a part time or full time motivated, ambitious and excellent residential property lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience to join our award winning residential property team.

Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of property transactions, using case management systems and software.

Highly organised, familiar with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel and ISO standards.

Genuine interest in property work.

Excellent communication skills including the ability to write in a clear, straightforward and accurate manner.

Maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.

Great IT skills and be comfortable working with a minimum of supervision.

People friendly, a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.

Proactive with a keen interest in looking for and capturing new business together with developing the team.
