Amira’s specialism is in residential property with a particular focus on high value and complex transactions.
Amira has had notable success in dealing with complex residential property transactions and has recently helped her clients in dealing with particularly complex historic rights and obligations. She has also helped a number of clients with resolving unfavourable lease terms and access issues.
Amira has a keen interest in history and this has helped her to develop a specialism in historical properties and private estates. This, and living locally, has meant that Amira is familiar with, and has substantial experience in dealing with local private estates such as Ashley Park, Burwood Park and St George’s Hill. These estates have various complexities and Amira’s knowledge and ability in dealing with these has led to smoother transactions for our clients.
As well as working with us, Amira supports her local secondary school and Reeds Rugby Club. She loves history, travelling and good food and is keen to visit as many countries as possible with her family.
