Ayesha is a senior solicitor and part of our award-winning and Legal 500 Recommended Private Client team.
She has a degree in Business and Law from Southampton Institute (now Solent University) and completed the Legal Practice Course with the College of Law in Guildford in 2000.
Ayesha is a full member of STEP (Society for Trust and Estates Practitioners) and holds a TEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. As a full STEP member, she is a recognised expert in her field, with proven qualifications and experience.
She has over 10 years of experience in probate and estate administration, including complex high-net-worth estates. Her experience encompasses powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, Court of Protection matters, Deeds of Variation, Registering and managing trusts and advising trustees of their duties.
Ayesha has extensive experience dealing with various wills, both simple and complex. For example:
- Advice on incorporating trusts.
- Inheritance tax advice for UK-domiciled and non-domiciled couples.
- Estate preservation for children’s inheritance on the death of a surviving parent.
- Inheritance tax advice, mitigation, allowances and exemptions.
Ayesha has an empathetic approach and works hard to make her clients feel safe and reassured. She focuses on giving her clients advice that’s tailored to their individual needs and situations.
Outside of work, Ayesha enjoys an adventure and trying out new experiences. These have included parasailing, a hot air balloon ride, sky diving and racing at Silverstone.
