Hadiha was named as a leading lawyer by the Legal 500 in 2024 where clients noted she handled her cases in an “informative, warm and clear manner”. She was awarded the title of ‘Rising Star under 35’ in the Lawnet 2024/2025 awards.
Hadiha holds a Law degree with Arabic Language from the University of Kent. She went on to complete her LPC and LLM Masters from the University of Law in 2018, achieving a Distinction. At the start of her legal career, Hadiha volunteered at Kent Law Clinic where she worked pro-bono on domestic abuse matters, housing and immigration applications.
Hadiha joined Howell Jones in 2022 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2024. She can advise on all aspects of wills, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney. Hadiha assists on various options and types of will, including trusts and provides tailored advice to your family dynamics and financial assets.
