Elderly and Vulnerable Client Services

Your older years should be a time of enjoyment but often they are affected by physical challenge, financial and legal...

My husband and I were very impressed with Hadiha Waheed and her team at Howell Jones. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help. Making wills and LPA’s can be stressful and complicated, but from our initial enquiry we felt that we were in good hands. Can highly recommend.

Hadiha, acted on my behalf for the updated will that I required, along with my lasting powers of attorney, for my finances and health. I know that the normal way of expressing this sort of thanks, is via social media, in some form of description.

Unfortunately, I do not do this whatsoever. That said, I feel that Hadiha should receive my thanks for her diligence, caring and professional approach, to my set of instructions, I did have a general idea of what I needed and required, but Hadiha did explain and gave me guidance to the general approach and I am very satisfied with the result.

This will be the third time that I have used your office, I have been satisfied with the outcomes on all the occasions. But I feel that this visit, is worthy of mention, because of the importance that I attach to this event.

I would have no hesitation of recommending Howell Jones Solicitors in the future and certainly Hadiha Waheed. I wish her the best for the future and I feel that she is an asset to your office and company.

I have sought the services of Howell Jones Solicitors, 68 High Street, Walton-on-Thames on a number of occasions now. The latest involved the undertaking of my will and my LPAs, this was undertaken by Hadiha Waheed. I found Hadiha extremely professional, engaging and thorough. She explained all the legal processes of both the will and LLP to me, this was conducted in a caring, but direct manner, which gave me a full understanding of my requests and the issues I would need to consider, before moving forward with my wishes. I would certainly recommend Hadiha in her chosen profession.

I just want to thank you for all your work on my will. You have been very efficient and focused. I have found you to be very responsive, supportive and helpful but at the same time guiding me to do what is required at this very stressful time.

I would certainly recommend you! You are a great asset to Howell Jones as far as I am concerned and I cannot imagine that you will not go far within the firm.

Again, thank you very much for all your input and for your kind but efficient attention to me.
