Helen holds an honours degree from the Open University which she completed whilst working full time. She then completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and started work at Howell-Jones LLP as a trainee solicitor whilst raising her three children. Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and became a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2007. As a full STEP member, Helen is a recognised expert in her field, with proven qualifications and experience.
Helen specialises in wills, probate, post-death variations, inheritance tax, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. This work includes preparing complex wills and dealing with estates which range from straightforward matters to complex, taxable and high value estates.
When out of the office, Helen works as Church Warden at her local church and loves getting lost in a good book.
