Making a will is a necessity but rarely a happy experience. Serena Welch at Howell Jones, however, guided us through the process with great good humour and total professionalism ensuring that we had given proper consideration to all the ramifications of our legacy decisions. Drafts were promptly supplied and needed little amendment. The final documents were duly signed and retained for safe keeping ensuring we have peace of mind concerning our future wishes. Our grateful thanks to Serena and her colleagues.

Howell Jones have just prepared our joint wills. Serena Welch and Leah were easy to deal with and very friendly. Serena took great care to ensure she understood our requirements and produced draft copies of the wills for our approval. She was happy to subsequently answer a couple of points and then arrange an appointment for us to attend her offices to sign the final version in front of two witnesses from the firm. At this point she again checked the wills correctly interpreted our wishes by going through each clause and explaining the impact of the clause in very helpful, easy to understand, English. This was particularly helpful, and we were very pleased with the outcome and signed the wills in front of the witnesses. Overall, we received wonderful service. Thank you, Serena and Leah.

I sought the help of Howell Jones Solicitors Cheam’s Serena Welch, to apply for probate and the service I received was extremely efficient, patient, kind and could not have been more helpful. Full marks and many thanks.
