I want to assure you and Siobhan that I was very pleased with the excellent service we received with the sale of the above property. Although there was no chain and the buyer was a cash buyer, as attorneys, we were at risk of considerable complexities if my mother died mid process. So speed was of the essence.

I agreed an offer on the 2nd Oct. I got sale documents on the 12th Oct and Exchange and Completion was achieved on 11th Nov. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, the property was in Lancashire, in lockdown, my sister and I are in different counties and the property was not Land registered the speed was outstanding. Siobhan and I had to resolve some tricky boundary issues along the way and on all our discussions we came to quick and satisfactory solutions.
