Last Friday we completed and we’ve been spending the last few days moving into our new home. As I am sure you know, purchasing a house in the UK does not have a great reputation. I have heard horror stories from friends and colleagues of never ending paperwork, solicitors who required constant chasing and continual ambiguity.

I just wanted to let you both know that thanks to Siobhan, our experience bore no resemblance to this at all. From our first interactions Siobhan has been nothing other than fantastic, and I am so pleased that we had her in our corner. Through every step of the purchase Siobhan explained what we were doing and why. If we had questions or queries getting hold of her was easy and her calm approach always allayed any concerns that we had. Toward the end of the purchase, when our seller was being difficult, her pragmatic but firm advice was invaluable.
